Our client’s family dreamed of a backyard that could transform into a sports field for their kids, while providing a space for entertaining guests. However, their dream was dampened by persistent drainage problems and hidden underground springs.

We didn't let water woes hold us back though. Strategic tree removal and regrading ensured proper drainage. The centerpiece of this transformation is a stunning flagstone wall we designed and installed. The wall is not only a beautiful addition to the patio, but redirects water away from the house, keeping the yard dry all year round.

 

Integrated stairs provide easy access to the different levels of the space, while a dry riverbed tackles the underground springs head-on.
