Deep Roots completed a two-phase transformation of this residential property, beginning with a front yard renovation in 2024. Updates included new flagstone porch and steps, stacked stone entry accents, stone treads from the sidewalk to basement, a boulder retaining wall, refreshed plantings, improved drainage, and upgraded irrigation.

 

In 2025, the backyard was completely reimagined. Over an acre of wooded area was cleared and regraded to make way for a new outdoor living space featuring a concrete and flagstone patio, stacked stone fireplace with wood storage, outdoor kitchen, and retaining walls. The project also included new sod, landscape installation, and a full drainage system—blending beauty and function throughout the property.
